Stay Away from this company. I had them install camera system around my house and now 6 months into it, all cameras started going bad one after the other. Customer service is horrible; they never call you back when you need work done. The Manager Stacy [guy] is horrible person. Pretends to know it all but he doesn't know much about CCTV systems. He is good in smooth talk like a used sales car person. I kept calling and they tell me to call them back instead of them calling me to schedule a warranty repair. Be careful of them as they portray that they are a big company but I found out from one of their tech guys that they only have 7 employees. Biggest mistake I made hiring these guys to install the CCTV. When I spoke with Stacy about the problems, he started yelling at me as if I was doing something wrong. When I raised my voice then he backed off. He will be really nice and kiss your ass when he first meets you to get your money and once job is done, you can forget hearing from Stacy at all and his employees. I am tech savvy so I was able to program the DVR myself. Even their tech guy Isaac doesn't know much. He pretends to know so much but he doesn't and oh yes he doesn't call back either when you need something.
Stay away from this company and spend your money somewhere else where you can get good service. BTW, so many reviews that you see online is done by their company employees pretending to be customers so they can show good ratings online. I hired one of their ex-installer to do some other work and this is what I found out. Stacy had his two office girls create different profiles so they can post positive feedback about their company. If you yelp search, you will see positive feedback from Stacy himself. This dude is such an ass.

This is so good. I was looking for this .They are very professional and prompt. the customer service reps are very helpful and friendly and the prices are very affordable too. Big like from me :-)
