On 10/13 I called Awkward Styles because I wanted to know if I could order a particular shirt but have it printed instead on a black colored shirt. The person I spoke to said yes, just put in a comment on the checkout page. So I placed my order. I wanted it in plenty of spare time so I paid extra for expedited shipping (1-3) days. On 10/14 I got an email saying the order was completed and sent out. On 10/18 I still had not received the order and the tracking information did even show it was picked up yet. After not being able to get ahold of anyone on the phone I emailed the company. I got a response saying...sorry...we will send it again. On 10/19 I called. After multiple attempts and being left on hold and forgotten about I eventually got ahold of someone who tells me that the reason there was an issue order is that they didn't understand my comment. Probably would have been nice if someone tried to clarify it. But whatever. She also tells me that the item has shipped. She can't tell when it is supposed to arrive or if it is the correct item. I received the item 7 days after I ordered it and the day before I needed it and surprisingly it is wrong. It showed up on a white shirt. Not really sure how this order could have been messed up more. Ruined my plans.
